I enjoyed the friendliness of the owners and they went through effort to make you feel happy and comfortable.

Hotel Emeraude exceeded my expectations on all levels. It is a cute little hotel, situated in a quiet backstreet, providing comfort on all levels. The Scottish twin brothers that runs it are laid back, but at the same time service minded and provided us with all the information we needed, i.e. restaurant recommendations, information on bike rentals and so forth. Furthermore, they upgraded us to the master bedroom on the top floor, which was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in. With its central location, its beautiful flower garden, in combination with its quiet location and friendly staff, Hotel Emeraude is certainly worth a stay!

Handy base for staying in the middle of Juan-les-Pins. The caring and hospitable staff all round. A marvellous location near to restaurants and bars. Pleasant restaurant inside the hotel. Fairly nice overall experience.

We had a great time staying here and would totally recommend it. the room was spacious, even more so than other places around here. They charge €9 per person each day for breakfast, which is worth considering. 🥐

Friendly family run hotel.

Initial room was very small - very little soundproofing so very noisy. Although the rooms have TV;s none of them work. Lightbulbs were missing, the fridge door fell off when you opened it - a generally uncared for hotel. The greenery outside the window had grown up so much you could not open the window properly!

The location was great, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who went out of their way to assist us during our Easter holiday. the presence of WiFi in the hotel was a definite plus, allowing us to stay connected and plan our activities easily.

The rooms were beautiful in general, with a terrace.

Nice people, quite laid back but precise still. Warm people without familiarity, easy to talk to without being distant, perfect balance.

We spent Easter in a place close to the beach and restaurants. The location was great for walking and we easily found shops nearby. The apartment had a balcony and a pool that were both relaxing. , the kitchen had enough equipment to cook meals comfortably.

We had a hard time checking in as there was no staff available. It would have been better if there was someone around to answer our questions about the area.
